What services do Fresh Air offer?

We take the hassle out of hosting. From photographs and the property listings; to dealing with booking enquiries, change overs, cleaning and dealing with those out of hours phone calls from guests. We offer a fully “hands off service”. For more information see our services page.

How do you maximise my occupancy rate?

Firstly price optimisation, we will constantly monitor your competition and calendar in order to ensure your listing is fresh and attractive to guests. Secondly hosting skills, the key to 5 star reviews and repeat bookings.

What do I need to make my home acceptable for short term lets?

There are safety regulations you will need to abide by. Gas safety, fire safety, electrical safety and fire and furnishings. We can advise you on all of these. Your property will also need to be fully furnished, we can provide you with a checklist to give you an idea of the items guests will need.

Can you furnish my property?

Of course. If your property is currently unfurnished we can help you prepare your property for holiday lettings.

How do you make sure my property isn’t wrecked?

We have a very strict process before any bookings can be confirmed. We will not confirm any bookings until we are 100% satisfied with the guests staying in your property. We will ensure the guests have been verified by the portal the booking is coming from and check that the guests have only positive reviews from other hosts.

What support do you offer to guests?

We are available 24/7 to help your guests with any questions or queries.

How and when will I receive rent?

We will transfer your rent to you at the end of each month.

Can I have my own property rules?

Absolutely! ‘No shoes in the house’, ‘Not suitable for children’. We can add as many house rules as you wish.

How will I know when the property is rented and when not?

We will let you know. We will keep you updated with all confirmed bookings so that you know when the property is rented and when it is not.

Can we or our Friends use our property?

Of Course! All you need to do is let us know the dates you require and we will book them out for you.

How do I get started?

Just give us a call. We will come and meet you to give you an idea of how much you can achieve then we can handle the rest while you sit back and receive the rent.
